Refund Policy for ToneNix™

At ToneNix™, we are dedicated to providing products that help you achieve your fitness goals. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after this period and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@tonenix.com.

Cancellation Policy


Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will be in the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee


We are confident in our products and encourage a minimum 14-day trial to experience their benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us via the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@tonenix.com. Please include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order to expedite your return.

Damaged Items


We take care in packaging our products to prevent damage. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, with the product still in good condition, is not considered damage. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@tonenix.com with a photo of the damage. We will assess if you qualify for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery


While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by the courier or customs. For issues with delivery, contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address


Customers must ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours, you are not entitled to a resend or refund.
